Growing up in Staten Island gave me the opportunity to grow up with Italian Ice. There was nothin like it up here! Our first location opened on Main Street in Endicott in 1999. Eventually we expanded into more than Italian Ice and became a full service restaurant in 2002. I wanted to give the people of Endicott a taste of what real New York pizza was like in an old world wood oven. No gas hookups, no shortcuts, no easy way out! 100% wood fired, always!
